1. Free installation guidance, free debugging, and free operation and maintenance training
2. On site service time limit: 24 hours within the province, 48-72 hours outside the province, non-stop on holidays
3. Enthusiastic and thoughtful attitude, timely and complete maintenance
4. After sales specialists conduct regular follow-up visits, track the effectiveness of product use, and answer customer questions during use.
5. Clear response to inquiries and complaints within half an hour
