To enhance team cohesion and vitality, the company organized a team-building activity for the marketing department from May 4th to 5th, 2025, to Yaoshihe Scenic Area in Baokang County, themed "Hand in Hand for a New Era, Intelligent Manufacturing Teng Hui for the Future."
This activity centered on visiting the Yaoshihe Farming Culture Museum, the China Phosphate Mine Museum, and the Yaodi Shenxia. Through these visits, the team learned about Yaoshihe's arduous journey, experiencing team spirit and promoting the "model worker spirit" and "craftsman spirit" to inspire innovation and creativity, and contribute to the company's development.
On May 4th, we visited the Farming Culture Museum and the China Phosphate Mine Museum. At the Farming Culture Museum, we had an immersive experience of the transition from slash-and-burn agriculture to modern agriculture, revisiting the wisdom of traditional farming civilization: tracing the roots of civilization and understanding the spirit of struggle. The transformation story of the Phosphate Mine Museum inspired us to use innovation to break through industry bottlenecks, resonating with Teng Hui Electric's philosophy of "breaking through with specialization and establishing a business with precision."
On May 5th, we went to Yaodi Shenxia to experience the magnificent waterfalls and the beautiful karst caves. In the "Three Lakes and Five Gorges" of Yaodi Shenxia, the team, through a hiking challenge, not only appreciated the charm of the primitive ecology but also deepened their understanding through collaboration.
We give our all at work, and we enthusiastically participate in team building. This team-building activity was a complete success, and we will approach our various tasks with even greater enthusiasm, working together towards the future!
