Xiangyang Tenghui Electric, as a specialized and new enterprise in Hubei Province, has jointly established a graduate workstation with Wuhan University of Technology. In this internship, we opened all production lines to allow students to fully understand common problems in the manufacturing of general-purpose high and low-voltage electrical equipment based on actual production situations (such as abnormal mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers, partial discharge of insulation parts, etc.). and solutions, guiding students to put theoretical knowledge into practical application. Focusing on featured products—fully insulated high-voltage cabinets, intelligent power monitoring systems, and high-voltage electromagnetic voltage regulation and compensation etc. products of core production processes and technical difficulties ， Enterprise mentors throughout explanation technical difficulties ， Allowing students to deeply participate in actual projects, solving the 'last mile' problem between classroom knowledge and industrial needs.
