1. Overview

TZT type DC motor speed controller takes the 590 speed controller produced by British Continental Company as the control core, realizes double closed-loop control by adopting internal current feedback and external speed feedback, and realizes a kind of device to regulate the speed by changing the size of the power supply of DC motor and the strength of the magnetic field of the excitation winding. It is widely used in cement, chemical industry, coal mine, metallurgy, paper making and other industries of large and medium-sized DC motor speed control.

2. Performance Characteristics

1、It adopts three-phase AC power supply directly, with single-chip microcomputer as the core, all the control, monitoring and operation functions are displayed through LCD.

2、With soft start function, motor starting current Iq≤1.1le (motor rated current) can be realized by setting the starting time.

3、High accuracy of speed regulation,

① Adopting encoder feedback speed regulation accuracy up to 0.01%.

② Adopt speed generator feedback speed regulation accuracy of 0.1%.

③ The precision of speed regulation by voltage feedback is up to 2%.

4、With RS485 interface, it can communicate with upper computer.

5、With over-current, phase loss, under-voltage and other protection functions.
