1. Overview
TJ-B Intelligent Variable Load Phase Feeder is an in-situ reactive power compensation device specially designed for large and medium-sized wire-wound asynchronous motors to save energy and reduce power consumption under alternating light and heavy load conditions. It is connected in series in the rotor circuit of the motor, by changing the phase relationship between the rotor current and rotor voltage, and then changing the corresponding relationship between the motor stator current and voltage, to achieve the purpose of providing the motor's own power factor and efficiency and overload capacity, reducing the stator current of the motor, reducing the motor's own losses, overcoming the original phase feeder is only used for constant load conditions, TJ-B type phase feeder can meet the motor working load environment in the light / heavy load alternating at the same time.
Its performance is far better than the traditional capacitor compensation or self-excited feeder. The product can be widely used in building materials, cement, metallurgy, chemical industry, papermaking, mining, pharmaceutical and other industries of large and medium-sized winding asynchronous motor.
2. Performance and Characteristics
1、Advanced alternating frequency conversion and microcomputer control technology, digital dynamic adjustment, high degree of automation, good control reliability.
2、Used in constant torque load and light and heavy alternating load conditions.
3、After phase-in, the stator current decreases by 10%-20%, which reduces the wire loss and copper loss by more than 60%-70%.
4、It can make the power factor of the motor increase to more than 0.95, and reduce the reactive power by more than 60%-70%.
5、With over-current, phase loss, under-voltage and other fault protection functions.
6、It can reduce the temperature rise of the motor, prolong the service life of the motor and improve the load capacity of the motor.
