1. Overview

When using dual-regulator configuration, the dual-machine only passes through CAN communication cable. Connections without any public parts. The two channels are standby for each other, and the intelligent automatic switching can guarantee the continuity of production to a high degree.

The synchronous motor excitation device can meet all the technical requirements of synchronous motor regular asynchronous starting, automatic excitation adjustment, etc.; the excitation regulator is a structurally independent control unit, and its functions cover all the measurement, control, regulation and protection of the excitation system; such as trigger pulse formation and power amplification, analog transmission, contact quantity opening and opening, starting loop control, parameter setting and excitation adjustment, software and hardware fault detection, dual-machine communication, background communication, communication with PC or LCD operation panel, etc. The excitation system uses a 32-bit embedded DSP processor with ultra-large-scale integration as the core control unit, and its main clock frequency of 150MHz is sufficient to cope with any complex rapid transportation. All analog measurements in the internal audit of the excitation regulator adopt fast Fourier transform (FFT) operation, which has extremely high anti-interference ability in industrial field. It can be widely used in petroleum, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, water conservancy, electric power, gas, building materials, medicine, light industry, textile and other industrial and mining enterprises with various loads and different capacities of synchronous motor excitation.

 

2. Performance Characteristics

The use of digital control technology, the use of large-scale integration of 32-bit embedded DSP processor as the core control unit, the main clock frequency of 150MHz; excitation regulator with super digital signal processing capabilities.

◆ Dual regulator configuration dual hot standby function. The two sets of regulators are connected through CAN communication cables and are divided into main and standby machines. The software and hardware of the two sets of regulators are completely independent. The standby machine automatically tracks the running status of the main machine. When both machines are normal, they can manually switch to any designated host channel. When the host machine has software and hardware failures, power supply failures, regulator adjustment and limit failures and the failure level is worse than that of the standby machine (with automatic fault switching priority controller), automatically switch to the standby channel without jitter; if the standby machine has a more serious fault, it will automatically switch to manual mode or open-loop conservative mode under non-fatal fault conditions, and the fatal fault action will be tripped and shut down.

◆ The combination of hardware detection and software determination is used to carry out full pressure, excitation and fault report to ensure the compliance of slip excitation and backup excitation;

◆ The de-excitation voltage of the de-excitation circuit adopts the method of automatic setting step by step, which has the function of misleading through protection;

Synchronous motor in the start, stop and asynchronous operation, can automatically de-excitation, to avoid the excitation device is too high induced voltage breakdown;

◆ The operation interface is friendly, and the controller fault detection function can record the working state of the fault shutdown moment, which is convenient for troubleshooting;

◆ No pulse vibration in soft start and no impact in cast excitation. In the asynchronous starting process of the motor, the positive and negative half waves of the starting resistance are reliably and symmetrically connected, the motor accelerates smoothly, and the slip difference can be quickly and accurately captured according to the setting parameters, so as to realize full voltage control and reverse polarity end quasi-angle excitation. There is a zero pressure time excitation link to ensure reliable excitation when the motor starts under light load.

◆ Automatic zero-voltage de-excitation when driving and parking, and automatic high-pass de-excitation when the motor is running synchronously, which protects the safety of the thyristor and the motor to the greatest extent.

6. Ordering Instructions

◆ When ordering, the user must provide the rated excitation voltage, rated excitation current, power and rotor 75 ℃ resistance value of the synchronous motor;

◆ Whether the user has special requirements for the color of the excitation cabinet;

◆ TRD/TRG high and low voltage squirrel cage motor liquid resistance soft start cabinet produced by our company or TGRJ/TGRD high and low voltage solid motor soft start cabinet can be selected.
