Classification:
1. Principle
The structure of burners in the metallurgical and chemical industries of Tenghui Electric Series is axial flow air, fuel channel, swirl air and central air channel from outside to inside. Ignition channel is installed in the central air channel. The central wind flows out through the small holes distributed in the central flame stabilizing plate, and its function is to adjust the negative pressure of the central reflux area of the jet to change the position and size of the high temperature area of the head, while cooling and protecting the burner head. The outlet cross-sectional area of axial flow wind and swirl wind can be adjusted to adapt to changes in fuel and working conditions. The pulverized coal channel is coated with a special wear-resistant material by a special process, which greatly prolongs the service life of the burner.
2. Performance Characteristics
1) One kiln one design: combined with many years of design and field experience, the use of computer simulation experiment, targeted design burner.
2) The pulverized coal and one or two air are well mixed, the combustion is full and fast, and the burnout rate is high, which can effectively improve the thermal intensity of the kiln.
3) The primary air rate is low, and the flame momentum is 1200-1500% m/s; Reasonably reduce the amount of primary cold air and make more use of high-temperature secondary air, thereby reducing heat consumption, and there is no high-temperature peak, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emissions by 5-10%.
4) The flame rules are complete, not easy to deform, and extend the service life of the dense lining.
5) The flame is smooth and smooth, and the backward extension is strong, which effectively controls the length and temperature of the high temperature zone in the rotary kiln.
6) It has stronger adaptability to coal quality and can burn bituminous coal, low volatile coal, anthracite, inferior coal, petroleum coke and other solid fuels.
7) The coal channel of the burner is treated with refractory ceramics, which has a long service life and the body is used for more than 3 years.
8) Diesel ignition adopts compressed air micro-oil ignition system, which can save 20-30% of fuel.
9) The flame holding cover can form a bowl-shaped effect, so that the flame does not have a strong vortex when it just comes out of the nozzle, avoids the temperature peak, makes the flame temperature distribution uniform and reasonable, and can effectively protect the closed cylinder and the protective plate.
10) On-line adjustment is convenient; The cross-sectional area of axial flow wind and swirl wind outlet can be adjusted on-line, so as to change the ejection speed and angle, achieve the purpose of adjusting flame shape and strength, and meet the production demand of rotary kiln to the maximum extent.
