1. Overview
TGBQ high voltage inverter soft starter cabinet is suitable for high voltage squirrel cage asynchronous motors or high voltage synchronous motors with asynchronous starting who are with voltage of 3kV, 6kV, 10kV and fixed current within 1000A.
TGBQ high-voltage inverter soft starter cabinet adopts single-phase AC to AC stepwise frequency conversion method, gradually increasing the frequency and voltage fed into the motor stator from 1 Hz, so that the motor has the soft starting characteristics of small starting current and gradually increasing torque during the starting process, which reduces the capacity of the system distribution and avoids the impact during the starting, and compared with the present various soft starting methods(except for the inverter starting), the starting current is much smaller, and it can be started with load. The product is widely used in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, water conservancy and other industries.
2. Product Description
Operation of TGBQ inverter soft starter
Through the control of thyristor conduction angle to realize the variable voltage/pre-rate control can realize the motor terminal voltage/frequency start from a set starting value (≤ 10% Un, 1Hz) step by step boosting frequency up to <40%Un, Fn/3. Then turn to the system frequency, constant frequency boosting until reaching the rated voltage/frequency of the system. In this way, the starting current and starting torque can be optimally adjusted according to the transmission conditions.

In addition, the soft starter also provides a “soft stop” function. The rated motor voltage will be smoothly reduced while simulating the motor starting process. This prevents the drive from actually stalling, which is necessary for pump drives (where water hammer can be avoided) or conveyor belt drives.

③Flexible starting mode, with multi-stage frequency conversion starting, voltage ramp starting, current ramp starting, constant current starting, etc., also have the function of free stop (soft start function)
