1. Principle
The nozzle structure of TH series four-channel pulverized coal burner is composed of direct wind, coal wind, swirling wind and central wind channel from outside to inside. Ignition oil gun is installed in the central wind channel. The central air is ejected through the small holes distributed in the central flame stabilizer, and its function is to adjust the distance and size of the reflux zone in the flame, prevent the backflow of pulverized coal from blocking the burner, and at the same time cool and protect the burner head. The spiral groove axial flow cyclone for swirl style has a unique structure that can reduce air resistance and produce sufficient swirl intensity, and the outlet cross-sectional area of the swirl wind is adjustable to adapt to changes in coal quality and working conditions in a wider range. The axial flow style is designed with a detachable small nozzle, which is convenient to replace according to different coal quality, so as to ensure the rapid combustion of pulverized coal and reasonable flame shape. At the same time, the axial flow wind dynamic energy attenuation is slow, which effectively ensures the flame strength and extension force. The pulverized coal channel adopts special process to lay special wear-resistant materials, which greatly prolongs the service life of the burner.
2. Performance Characteristics
(1) A kiln design: combined with many years of design and field experience, the use of computer simulation experiment, targeted design burner.
(2) The pulverized coal and one or two air are well mixed, the combustion is full and fast, and the burnout rate is high, which can effectively improve the thermal intensity of the kiln.
(3) The primary air rate is as low as 5-7%, and the flame momentum is 1200-1500% m/s; The low air volume, high speed and high thrust combustion technology is adopted to greatly reduce the amount of primary cold air and make more use of high temperature secondary air, thus reducing heat consumption, without high temperature peak, and effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emission by 5-10%.
(4) The flame rules are complete, not easy to deform, and extend the service life of the kiln lining.
(5) The flame is strong, the rigidity is good, the top material ability is strong, and the clinker production quality is effectively improved.
(6) It has stronger adaptability to coal quality, and can burn bituminous coal, low volatile coal, anthracite, inferior coal, petroleum coke and other solid fuels.
(7) The coal channel of the burner is treated with wear-resistant ceramics, which has a long service life and the body has been used for more than 3 years.
(8) Diesel ignition adopts compressed air micro-oil ignition system, which can save 20-30% of fuel.
