Decomposition Furnace Burner
Classification:
1. Principle
As shown in the figure, the pulverized coal is carried by the air flow and ejected outward from the coal air duct at a small diffusion angle. The adjacent swirl air rotates at the outlet, mixes with the coal air, and sprays to the surrounding area at the same time, and is fully mixed with the surrounding high-temperature tertiary air to make the pulverized coal burn fully and completely. The insertion of the central wind beam further enhances the mixing of coal and wind (including the surrounding tertiary wind). At the same time, the central wind can also promote the combustion of a small amount of pulverized coal and CO in the central area, making the combustion more complete and stabilizing the flow.
2. Performance Characteristics
(1) The mixing intensity of fuel and high-temperature tertiary air is adjustable, and the air and coal are mixed more evenly.
(2) The fuel has strong adaptability and high utilization rate, which can greatly improve the combustion efficiency.
(3) Lower pollutant emissions, energy saving and environmental protection.
(4) Simple operation and long service life.
(5) According to the form of the customer's decomposition furnace, a special low-nitrogen decomposition furnace burner design scheme can be provided.
3. Model Description

4. Selection Parameter Table
