1. Overview

TGRKY series integrated high-voltage squirrel cage motor reactance soft starter is used for rated voltage 3 ~ 10kV small and medium-sized squirrel cage motor or synchronous motor soft starting equipment, can have a motor to achieve integrated protection functions and maintenance isolation function, for the combination of high-voltage switchgear and reactance soft starter cabinet, with a small size, full-featured, affordable and other functions; reactor its working principle is to achieve motor starting by adjusting the size of DC current in the control winding in series reactor, the motor terminal voltage gradually rise to full voltage within a predetermined period of time from large to small automatically decreasing. The working principle of the reactor is to string in the motor stator circuit, adjust the size of the DC current in the control winding, the impedance in a predetermined period of time from large to small automatic stepless reduction, the motor voltage gradually rises to the full voltage, to realize the motor start. The starting current is kept below 3.5-4.5 times of the rated current, and the reactor is automatically removed after the starting, so the starting process has no big impact on the power grid.

2. Reactance Performance Characteristics

1、The coil is casted by epoxy resin, which has the advantages of flame retardant, self-extinguishing, maintenance-free, high mechanical strength, high resistance to short-circuit impact, good insulation strength, small partial discharge, and long service life;

2、Iron core manufacturing adopts the manufacturing technology of dry reactor, small vibration, low noise, small magnetic leakage.

3、Applicable to the environment at an altitude not exceeding 1500M; ambient temperature: -25～45℃; relative humidity not exceeding 90%;

4、The starting current is 3.5-4.5 times of the rated current, the starting time is adjustable from 20 to 60S, and it can be started continuously for 2-3 times.

5、The overall structure of the product is compact, small installation size, occupies little space;

6、Smooth starting without impact, starting voltage drop within 10%, little impact on the power grid.

7、It can be controlled by PLC and communicate with upper computer through RS485 port to meet the requirements of DCS control system.
