1. Overview

TGRT series high voltage autotransformer soft starter cabinet is applied in the process of medium and high voltage motor starting. Our company produces a series of medium and high voltage motor solid state soft starter (hereinafter referred to as soft starter), which is mainly applied to the control and protection of starting and stopping of squirrel cage asynchronous and synchronous motors. Our company has developed TGRT series high voltage autotransformer, which is suitable for soft starting of 6-10kV high voltage large motors, featuring small starting current, large starting torque, small voltage drop in the power grid, small impact on the power grid during starting, good starting characteristics, it has many advantages, such as simple structure, easy to operate, basically free of maintenance, and no harmonic wave.

TGRT series high-voltage autotransformer can be widely used in iron and steel, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, coal mining and other fields of fans, pumps, compressors, air separation equipment and other large and medium-sized motor soft start.

Power supply: three-phase AC 6kV-10kV (+10%-15%) 50HZ.

Applicable motors: three-phase asynchronous motors (squirrel cage), synchronous motors, etc.

Starting frequency: cannot be started frequently.

Cooling method: natural cooling or forced cooling.

Inlet and outlet mode: user's choice.

Protection level: IP20 (self-cooled), IP00 (air-cooled) Special requirements are customized.

Environmental conditions: altitude of not more than 1000 meters above sea level, more than the need to reduce the conditions of use.

Ambient Temperature: -25℃ ~ +45℃.

Maximum relative temperature: 95% non-condensing.

No corrosive gases, conductive dust, no violent vibration (less than 0.5G), well-ventilated.

5. Ordering Instructions

1、Users must provide the main transformer capacity, bus voltage, bus distance, minimum short circuit capacity of the grid, bus power factor value when ordering;

2、Users must provide the motor model and manufacturer, motor rated power, motor power factor, motor efficiency, motor rated torque, motor rotor GD2 value, the motor's rated voltage, motor rated current, towing load conditions;

3、The shaft power of the loaded equipment, the rated torque of the mechanical equipment, must be provided.

4、This soft starter does not have the protection function of the motor, users must provide high-voltage switchgear (or specify with high-voltage switchgear when ordering from the company) as the protection of the motor, synchronous motors can be matched with the company's excitation cabinet;

5、If the user has special requirements, please contact our company, we can design according to the specified requirements.
